摘要
在分析我国建筑业BIM应用现状的基础上,提出DBB传统采购模式下BIM项目的应用实施策略,其核心内容包括以IPD理念为指导、构建BIM伙伴关系小组(BIM-PT)及分阶段落实BIM-PT的工作流程等三个方面。并以某地铁项目为例,证明上述策略与方法的可行性,以期为推动BIM技术在DBB模式下的应用提供参考。
On the basis of analysis of the status quo of China's construction industry BIM,the paper proposes the tactics of BIM application under the traditional procurement model of DBB. The core content include the guide of IPD concept, setting up BIM partnering team(BIM-PT), and BIM-PT workflow and main content. The course of a metro BIM project implementation proves the feasibility of the methods described above, it provides a reference for promoting the application of BIM technology in the DBB mode.
