摘要
剖析电网公司项目预算管理现状及存在的问题,以D电网公司为例,提出并系统研究项目预算管控模式:以项目储备库为主导,通过工程标准成本体系紧密相连,实现项目储备库、标准作业库、物资价格库"三库"集成,为电网公司实现集约化、精益化管理奠定坚实的基础。
This paper analyses the situation and widespread problems of project budget management in Grid Company under intensive financial management environment. On this basis, taking D Grid Company as example, the paper proposes a'three base'integrated project budget control mode: dominated by project storehouse, linked by engineering standard cost system, it establishes the integration pattern of project storehouse, standard cost system and material price storehouse. Through systematic studies on design and application of the model system, the paper contributes to create information platform with horizontal integration and vertical penetration for Power Grid Corporation, which laid a solid foundation for intensive and lean management.
