This paper introduces the background of benchmark nuclear power tariff promulgation, and then analyzes the impacts of variate factors on the profit of nuclear power investment, such as project cost, annual generation hours,construction period, the price of nuclear fuel. At last, puts forward some advice about how to enhancing the management of cost, schedule and the power plant's operation and how to guarantee the profit of investment.
