摘要
分析2013版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的主要变革,以项目业主的视角,从工程招投标、工程实施和竣工结算三个阶段提出新计价规范模式下投资控制的应对策略,并就新计价规范的持续改进提出建议。
Analyses the main reform of Code of Bill of Quantities and Valuation for Construction Works(2013 vision),from the three stages of bidding,construction and completion settlement,the paper puts forward the investment control strategies under the newest code under the perspective of owner,and proposes some suggestions for the sustainable development of BQ code.
