住房保障对象准入标准的确定一直是保障性住房研究的热点问题,也是保障性住房分配的关键环节。以保定市抽样调查样本为基础,从家庭收入的角度研究准入标准测算方法。利用统计中格点搜索法,确定"中低收入组"家庭的年人均收入上限值,结合不同覆盖率目标确定住房保障对象中各细分家庭的收入标准。

Determination of household income access standard is always not only one of the hottest issues in the security house study,but also the key link of the security house distribution. Based on the household income,researches the calculation method of access standard by taking the example of Baoding. The average annual family income per person upper limit value of the 'low income group' will be worked out by using the lattice mapping mothed. Finally,combined with the different aims of coverage rate,household income standards of subdivision families are given out.
