摘要
根据某公路建筑企业的实际情况,利用SWOT模型对该企业实施"走出去"的发展战略进行深入分析,阐述企业自身的优劣势和目前发展存在的机遇和威胁,提出相应的战略决策矩阵和经营策略,并提出具体的实施建议,为我国同类中小建筑企业实施"走出去"战略提供决策支持和参考。
Based on actual situation of a construction enterprise in transportation sector,the SWOT analysis is performed to drive its 'Going-out' strategy and implementation measures. The internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses of the private construction enterprise are identified at first,followed by the external factors of opportunities and threats. Corresponding strategic decision matrix is then established together with corresponding implementation measures,which could service as guidelines for similar construction enterprises to develop their'Going-out'strategy and implementation measures.
