摘要
建设工程施工的法律风险防控具有长期性、专业性、实时性等特点,承包方、发包方应当对工程施工项目的全生命周期进行把控,化解项目前期、后期和中期的各种风险,同时注重法律防控内容与项目整体目标的适应性。
The legal risks prevention and control for construction have the characteristics of long-term,professionality and instantaneity,correspondingly,the party awarding contract and the contractor should take control of the whole lifecycle of project,solve various project risks in early,late and middle stages,and take into consideration its suitability for the project overall objectives.
