基于物联网和BIM的建筑安全运维管理应用研究——以城市生命线工程为例 被引量:31

Research on Construction Safety Operations Management Based on the Internet of Things and BIM:A Case of Urban Lifeline Engineering

摘要 建筑工程尤其是基础设施等城市生命线工程的安全事故频发,如何建立建筑安全运维管理体系已经成为城市应急管理的重要课题。本文以城市生命线工程为例,分析了其运维阶段存在的问题,基于物联网和BIM的应用特点,讨论了其在城市生命线运维管理阶段的适应性,提出了基于物联网和BIM的城市生命线安全运维管理系统框架,为未来智慧城市建立提供一定的参考依据。 Frequent occurrences of safety accident in construction engineering such as urban lifeline cause concern about its security operations management again,and becomes an important subject of urban emergency management. According to the current situation of security operations management in construction engineering,the paper analyses the problems existing in the operational phase of city lifeline,and discusses the adaptability of the Internet of Things(IOT)and Building Information Modeling(BIM)with the characters,and puts forward a system framework for the security operations management center of city lifeline based on the IOT and BIM,provides a reference basis for establishing future intelligent city.
