According to Mezzetti's parallel differential common agency relationship model,compares the project management company's effort under the relations that the owner cooperate with the builder or not,proposes the coordination and communication work for the owner and the builder to maximum the project benefits;puts forward suggestion for the situation they cannot cooperate,the owner should try to regulate the project management company's work on the base of the supervision cost.
