摘要
以建筑施工场地中的临时设施为研究对象,运用项目群管理的相关理论,建立合适的线性规划模型,确定设施的最优布置方案,从而解决平面规划不当所带来的成本增加问题。针对南京亚青村一期项目群,着重阐述钢筋加工间和木工加工间的优化布置,并以建筑材料运距和运输重量为基础,计算最优方案,优化后的钢筋和木质材料的运输工作量比优化前减少了341单位。
Taking temporary facilities in the construction site as research objects,establishes an appropriate linear programming model,and gives a practical method of selecting the optimal location of facilities on the basis of project group management theory,which can be used to solve the problem about the increasing cost. In addition,applies all these ideas and methods above to first-stage project group of Asian Youth Athletes' Village,and focuses on the optimal placement of rebar processing room and wood processing room. Gives computing method of transportation workload,which contains transportation distance and transportation weight two factors. The solution of numerical minimum corresponds is optimal decision. Compared with optimization before,reduces 341 the transportation workload.
