摘要
研究铁路工程设计阶段投资控制的重要性,以新包神铁路大塔站至马场壕工程设计实践为例,分析铁路工程投资控制的客观规律,提出构建设计储备制度、实施设计招标与设计方案竞选、采取限额设计、加强设计咨询工作等设计阶段控制投资措施。
First,the paper analyzes the importance of investment control in railway projects design stage,then taking XinBaoShen railway DaTa station to MaChangHao station engineering design for example,studies the railway projects investment control objectivity,puts forward constructing design reserve system,implementing design bidding and the tender design election measures,taking quota design,strengthening the design and consulting work etc design phase control measures of investment.
