Research on the BIM Education Reform in Construction Management Discipline I:Based on BIM Education of Universities Analysis in America

BIM给建筑业的发展带来了革新和动力,推广BIM,人才问题是关键。基于美国高校BIM教学改革成果的经验,探讨BIM课程的教学目标、设置模式、设置时间和设置方法、详细类别等问题,分析工程管理专业BIM教学改革的挑战,以期为我国工程管理专业开设BIM课程、进行BIM教学改革提供参考或借鉴。

BIM contributes to the development of construction industry with innovation and motivation. But some research findings indicate that talents is becoming the key of popularizing BIM in the construction industry. Based on the analysis of BIM education experience of universities in America,this paper explores the teaching objective, development model,offering time and method,classification of BIM curriculum,summarizes the challenges in carrying out BIM education reform. The above research findings will be valuable to develop the BIM curriculum and implement BIM education reform in construction management discipline or building discipline in China.
