在2013版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2013)体系下,探究总承包服务费的内涵、适用范围,并将总承包服务费分为总承包管理费、总承包配合费以及总承包保管费三类,结合各地法律法规探讨总承包服务费的计算基础和费率,以供实际工程参考。

Under the system of Code of Bill of Quantities and Valuation for Construction Works(GB50500-2013),this paper explores the connotation and scope of main contractor's attendance and divides main contractor's attendance into three categories including main contractor's management fee,main contractor's coordination fee and main contractor's custodian fee. Combining with different regional regulations and laws,discusses the calculative cardinal number and rate of value of the main contractor's attendance in order to provide reference for the engineering practice.
