摘要
BIM是继CAD之后的工程建设行业第二次革命,它的应用在提升工作质量、提高工作效率、降低传统项目风险的同时,也产生了新的风险。本文在阐述工程建设项目BIM应用风险的分析思路基础上,就其应用过程中的技术、业主方BIM能力、过程管理、投资收益四大类风险展开分析,并提出增强技术采纳意向、提升业主BIM能力等相关对策。
BIM technology is the second revolution of the A/E/C industry after the CAD technology,but while its application creates value such as better working quality,higher working efficiency,and lower traditional project risks,also bring some new risks. In this paper,firstly describes the research idea. Then,takes risk analysis on technology,BIM skills of the owner,process management and investment income. Lastly,puts forward some countermeasures such as enhancing the adoption intention of BIM technology,improving BIM skills of the owner and so on.
