Analysis and Evaluation on Core Competence of International Engineering Firms

在识别国际工程公司核心能力构成要素的基础上,建立国际工程公司的核心能力评价指标体系,对比国内国际工程企业与国外国际企业的核心能力。研究发现我国国际工程企业在融资能力、风险管理能力和战略组织控制能力等方面存在明显的差距。最后给出培育我国大型国际工程公司核心能力的建议。

By the recognition core competence elements of international engineering firms,the indicator system is established for evaluating the core competence of international engineering firms,Chinese international engineering firms core competences are compared with the top international engineering firms core competence. The result shows that there are obvious disparities in Chinese international engineering firms financing ability,risk management and organizational strategy management. Finally some reforming actions are proposed to improve the core competence for Chinese international engineering firms.
