摘要
以可持续安全运作为中心,分析住宅工程质量保险保费的属性及其管理要求,借鉴相关险种的保费管理实践,引入"托管"模式;分析住宅工程质量保险保费托管的相关主体,构建住宅工程质量保险保费托管的运行模式,并提出设立专用账户对保费进行管理的思路。
Taking the sustainable and safe operation as the center,the paper analyzes attribute and management requirements of housing constr uction quality insurance premium,and take the practice of the premium management of other insurances for reference,introduces the 'trusteeship' mode. Then,analyses the related subjects of housing constr uction quality insurance premium and builds the operation mode of housing construction quality insurance premium trusteeship. At last,gives suggestion of setting up special account to manage premium.
