摘要
利用WSR方法构建以施工中成本的浪费为物理层、以精益建造的理念和工具为事理层、以施工过程中的人员管理为人理层的精益施工成本控制系统,并从物理、事理、人理三个维度对系统进行分析,寻求降低施工成本的路径,以期更好地实现施工成本控制的目标。
The paper constructs the lean construction cost control system based on WSR. In this system,deems waste in construction process as Wuli layer,considers application of the ideas and methods which based on lean construction as Shili layer and regards staff management as Renli layer. Then,analyzes the lean construction cost control system to seek a way which can reduce construction cost from three aspects,in order to achieve the target of construction cost control better.
