摘要
对我国南方某市7座污水处理厂脱水污泥固体组成进行调研,并从污水处理厂进水水质、砂的粒度分布、沉砂池效率及二级处理有机负荷角度进行污泥泥质成因分析。调研结果表明,该市污水处理厂污泥有机质含量整体较低,砂含量偏高,并随季节有一定规律变化。污水处理厂进水含砂量高、砂的粒度小,沉砂池效率低,二级处理污泥有机负荷低是污泥有机质含量低、含砂量高的主要原因。
In order to acquaint with the status sludge sand content of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in China,an investigation was conducted by analyzing the total solid(TS)composition of dewatered sewage sludge in seven selected wastewater treatment plants in a southern Chinese city.The cause of formation was analyzed in the regards of influent water quality,particle size distribution of sand,efficiency of grit chamber and organic loading rates(OLRs)of secondary treatment.Results indicate that the sludge of WWTPs has low organic matter content,high sand content and changes with the seasons.The high sand content and small particle size of in the influent,the poor efficiency of grit chamber,the low OLRs might be the reasons。
