摘要
济南市某污水处理厂采用太阳能-中水热泵污泥干化系统(SHP)对脱水污泥进行干化。通过观察污泥形貌以及测试胞外聚合物变化规律,揭示了SHP系统的污泥干化机理,为进一步提高污泥干化速率提供了理论依据。针对冬季污泥干化速率相对较慢的问题,提出了投加干料来强化SHP系统污泥干化速率的关键技术和方法。
Sludge is dried by solar energy and heat pump technology (SHP) in a wastewater treatment plant of Jinan .In order to improve the rate of sludge drying ,especially in winter ,sludge drying mechanism was investigated by observing the changes of sludge morphology and extracellu-lar polymeric substances .The key technology and method of improving sludge drying rate in winter is put forward by adding product .
