摘要
在城市污水处理厂内建立了污水初沉+初沉污泥厌氧消化的新工艺中试装置:通过溶气气浮技术产生有机质更为丰富的初沉污泥,然后用初沉污泥进行中温厌氧消化。经试验研究发现,初沉污泥的TS和VS去除效率均高于剩余污泥厌氧消化所获得的去除效率,分别达到42%和50%。此外,由于沼气产率受到消化系统中VFA浓度变化的影响,呈现出先逐渐升高,再逐渐减低,并最终稳定的变化趋势,平均沼气产率达到866mL/gVS。
In this paper,a new pilot process of the dissolved air floatation and mesophilic anerobic digestion was built in a sewage wastewater treatment plant.The primary slugde was produced by dissolved air floatation,and it contained an abundant of organic matter.Then,the primary slugde was used to mesophilic anerobic digestion.It was found that,this process' TS and VS removal rates were both higher than that removal rates of surplus sludge anerobic digestion.The TS and VS removal rates of primary slugde anerobic digestion were 42%and 50%,respectively.Moreover,the biogas-producing rate increased firstly,then decrease gradually,and tended to stability in the end.This is because it was under the influencs of VFA concentration's change.And the biogas-producing rate was 866mL/gVS.
