单元货格式立体仓库货架内置喷头设计探讨

Discussion on design of sprinklers in the shelves of tiered warehouses

依据《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》(GB 50084—2001,2005年版),结合单元货格式立体仓库设计实例,对货架内置喷头设计位置、间距和层数进行了分析,重点探讨了常用设计方式货架内置喷头设计间距、作用面积和喷水强度不能规范要求、存在消防隐患,并据此问题提出合理化建议。

On the basis of code of design for sprinkler systems(GB50084—2001,2005)for tiered warehouses,the location,the distance and layers of sprinklers in the shelves were analyzed in accordance with the code of design for sprinkler systems in the paper.Fire safety problems of design spacing of builtin sprinklers,area of sprinkler operation and spraying intensity caused by common design approach in the relevant codes were mainly discussed.And reasonable proposals were made to solve these problems.
