摘要
基于数值模拟方法,通过对不同进水方式以及不同搅拌桨旋转方向的机械絮凝池内部流场特性的研究,以湍动能k、湍动能耗散率ε以及涡旋速度梯度G′作为评价指标来进行不同方案优化比选,研究表明:对于垂直轴式机械絮凝池来说,采用上部进水及搅拌桨顺时针旋转方式的絮凝效果最好。
Based on numerical simulation method,the optimal plan can be selected by studying the internal flow field characteristics using different inflow way and different impeller direction of rotation of mechanical flocculation pool and using turbulent kinetic energy k,Turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rateεand vortex velocity gradient G′as evaluation index.Research has shown that for the vertical shaft type mechanical flocculation pool,the upper inflow way and impeller clockwise way can achieve the best flocculation effect.
