摘要
基于焓差法建立了冷却塔性能诊断数学模型,包含抽力与阻力相平衡的空气动力计算以及冷却能力与冷却任务相平衡的热力计算,考虑了冷却塔尺寸和环境侧风对计算结果的影响,讨论了具有物理意义真实解的限制条件。通过分析电厂实际运行数据,可以实时评估冷却塔运行性能是否达到设计值,结果表明:本模型可以有效评估冷却塔实际运行性能,替代冷却塔性能诊断现场试验,为冷却塔故障诊断和状态检修提供理论依据。
A mathematical model of cooling tower performance diagnosis is established based on enthalpy difference method,including aerodynamic balance calculations between buoyancy and resistance,thermal balance calculations between cooling capacity and cooling task,considering the tower size and crosswinds effect on the calculation results.It discusses the constraints to acquire a real solution with physical meaning.By analizing the actual plant operating data,it can assess whether the actual cooling performance reaches the design value.The results show that the mathematical model can effectively evaluate the actual performance of cooling towers,replace field tests of cooling tower performance diagnosis,and provide a theoretical basis for cooling tower fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance with a strong practical significance.
