摘要
为提高哈尔滨市辖区优先控制单元非点源污染防治能力,采用SWAT模型对研究区非点源污染时空分布特征进行了分析,结果表明:非点源TN、TP在时空分布上均存在不均性,2008~2014年间哈尔滨优控单元非点源TN、TP年均入河量分别为6 053t和564t,在时间上主要发生在汛期,在空间上亚流域19具有最大的污染负荷,TN和TP分别达到23.14kg/hm2和1.87kg/hm2。根据各亚流域内非点源污染负荷情况,将哈尔滨优控单元划分为优先、重点、基本、一般4个污染控制分区级别,并结合不同分区的实际情况针对性的给出非点源防治措施。研究结果可用于指导哈尔滨优控单元非点源污染的控制与科学防治。
To improve the prevention and control ability of non-point source(NPS)pollution in Harbin priority control unit,SWAT model was used to simulate the spatial and temporal characteristics of NPS pollution.The results show that NPS-TN and NPS-TP is uneven in spatial and temporal distribution.NPS-TN and NPS-TP load is 6053 tand 564 tbetween 2008-2014 in Harbin priority control unit.Pollution occurs mainly in the flood season.Sub basin 19 has the maximum load,which is 23.14 kg/hm2 and 1.87 kg/hm2 for TN and TP.According to the load of NPS pollution in each sub basin,the Harbin priority control unit is divided into four priority areas as priority,focus,basic and general pollution control zones.Targeted NPS control measures are given combined with the actual situation of different districts.The research results can be used to guide NPS pollution control in Harbin priority control unit.
