摘要 为了解决某重力流输水管道工程因末端阀门关闭不当而发生水锤破坏的问题,通过末端阀门不同关闭时间的比较,结合测压管水头和沿程管道压力包络线分析最后得到合理的水锤防护方案。结果表明,通过在管线上布置液位流量控制阀、快速泄压阀、组合式空气阀及管线末端阀门关闭时间的控制,有利于保证管道的运行安全。 In order to solve the problem form the water hammer damage caused by the end valve closed inappropriate of the gravity flowed pipe project,a reasonable water hammer prevention scheme is finally obtained through the comparison made among the end valve closed at different times in combination with the analyses of the piezometer head and pressure envelop along the pipeline.The result shows that the operation safety of the pipeline can be effectively ensured by arranging flow control valves,pressure relief valves,air valves along the pipeline as well as the control of the closing time for the valve installed at the end of the pipeline.
