双层滤料翻板滤池在闽南地区净水厂中的设计实践

Design and practice of double-layer filter media flap-type filter in water purification plant of South Fujian

过滤是水厂净化工艺的关键环节,针对工程所处地区的水源特点,设计在过滤环节采用了双层滤料翻板滤池,实际运行后取得了很好的处理效果。根据对设计、施工和运行全过程的跟踪总结,介绍了翻板滤池各部位、各系统的主要设计参数,分析归纳了关键的技术要点,提出了翻板滤池设计过程中需要注意的一些问题。

Filtration is the key link of water purification in water plant.According to the characteristics of water source in the project area,the double-layer filter media flap-type filter is used inthe filtration link,and good treatment effect has been obtained after the actual operation.According to the following summary of the whole process of design,construction and operation,this paper introduces the main design parameters of each part and system of the flap-type filter,analyzes and sums up the key technical points,and then puts forward some problems needing attention in the design process of the flap-type filter.
