摘要
由于城市明渠缺乏自然补水能力,控源截污后往往出现无水流动,丧失景观生态功能的情况。针对城市明渠的特点,应用水力学、环境学等理论,以石家庄为例,系统分析了在规划目标要求下,结合防洪排涝、污染控制、景观提升等多因素限制的适用于城市明渠的生态补水量的计算思路。为城市明渠污染控制、生态用水配置提供了新的解决途径。
Because there is no natural catchment area,once the external pollutant loads arecontrolled,there is often no water supply and the open channels lose their landscape ecologicalfunction.Based on the characteristics of open channel and the theory of hydraulics andenvironment,this paper systematically analyzes the calculation method for eco-environmental waterrequirements,which is suitable for urban open channel under the requirements of planning target.Other factors such as flood control,drainage safety,pollution control and landscaping are also tookinto consideration during the study.Support for pollution control and ecological water allocation inurban open channels in Shijiazhuang is provided and the methods developed in this study is also useful for the similar projects.
