摘要 为了解决综合管廊人工巡检的不足,国内正在探索机器人智能巡检代替人工巡检。以黄石市大冶湖生态新区地下综合管廊为例,介绍了机器人智能巡检技术在综合管廊中的应用。通过对机器人现场实施问题进行分析,给出了机器人智能巡检系统设计方案和工程实施方案,并对机器人智能巡检系统与综合管廊运维管理系统的对接,以及机器人智能巡检系统集控管理进行了介绍。工程实践表明,智能机器人巡检系统在黄石市大冶湖生态核心区地下综合管廊PPP项目运行良好,达到了预期要求。 In order to solve the shortage of manual inspection of utility tunnel,intelligent inspection of robot is being explored to replace manual inspection in China.Taking the utility tunnelof Daye Lake ecological new district of Huangshi City as an example,the application of robot intelligent inspection technology in the utility tunnel is introduced.Based on the analysis of the robotfield implementation problems,the design scheme and engineering implementation scheme of therobot intelligent inspection system are given,and the connection between the robot intelligent inspection system and the utility tunnel operation and maintenance management system,as well asthe centralized control management of the robot intelligent inspection system are introduced.Theproject practice shows that the intelligent robot inspection system runs well in the utility tunnel inDaye Lake ecological core area of Huangshi City,and meets the expected requirements.
