Discussion on sponge city specialty planning: Taking Suining City as an example

按照《海绵城市专项规划编制暂行规定》及相关技术文件,探索海绵城市专项规划的编制思路,提高规划的可实施性。以遂宁海绵城市专项规划增补为例,结合遂宁海绵城市建设实践及经验,探讨城市层面系统方案编制方法,阐述海绵城市建设目标、具体指标及工程项目间的内在联系。

Based on the Temporary provisions for the spongy city specialty planning and relevant technical documents,the main ideas of sponge city specialty planning are discussed in this paper in order to improve the feasibility.Taking Suining sponge city special planning as an example,combined with Suining sponge city construction practice and experience,the method of system programming at the city level is discussed,and the internal relations among the construction objectives,specific indicators and engineering projects of the sponge city construction are introduced.
