北方季节性降雨地区海绵城市规划建设经验探索

Experience of sponge city construction in seasonal rainfall areas of North China

选取北方某城市作为研究案例,从规划技术需求、规划分区及指标分解规划策略等方面探讨了海绵城市规划的经验,同时从内涝防治、雨水资源综合利用、水污染防治、抗冻融铺装等方面提出了季节性降雨区域海绵城市建设经验,为我国北方季节性降雨地区海绵城市建设提供参考和借鉴。

Taking a northern city as a case,The experience of sponge city construction mode from the view of planning technology demand,planning zoning and index decomposition planning strategy were undertaken.The experience of sponge city construction in seasonal rainfall area has been also put forward from the aspects of waterlogging prevention,comprehensive utilization of rainwater resources,water pollution control and freezing-thaw resistant pavement,which can provide reference and guidance for the construction of sponge city for the areas in northern seasonal rainfall area.
