摘要
符合《钢制管法兰类型与参数》(GB/T 9112-2010)的法兰(定义为长臂法兰)的规格、尺寸及其配管均按有腐蚀的碳钢管道标准设计。当将其应用于不锈钢管道时,由于不锈钢无需预留腐蚀余量,因此存在法兰材料消耗大的弊端。在保证同样抗曲挠能力的前提下,提出一种不锈钢短臂法兰。通过对长、短臂法兰的力学数据进行比较和分析,证实短臂法兰的臂长和厚度均可设计为长臂法兰的一半左右,并给出了与短臂法兰配套的限位密封措施。
The specification,dimension and pipe of the flange,which compiles GB/T 9112-2010 Types and parameters for steel pipe flanges(defined as long arm flange in this paper),is designed according to the standard of carbon steel considering the corrosion.When applied to stainless steel pipeline,the disadvantage of this design is the large consumption of flange material because stainless steel does not need reserved allowance of corrosion.In this paper,under the condition of keeping the same deflection degree capability,a short arm stainless steel flange was proposed,and the mechanics data of short and long arm flanges were compared and analyzed.It was verified that the arm length and thickness of short arm flange could be designed to be about one half that of long arm flange.The corresponding limit seal measure of short arm flange was provided.
