可持续发展是瑞典城市更新项目的理念和宗旨。皇家海港城是瑞典2008年开始建设的重要城市更新项目,也是继哈默比湖城后又一个彰显国家意愿和可持续发展理念、技术水平的重点建设片区。该项目制定了瑞典最高标准的环境目标和具体有效的环境策略,致力于成为世界级的可持续发展城区。通过实地考察、与相关人员的对话访谈以及文献研究,了解了皇家海港城的可持续发展理念和项目规划、实施中的可持续发展策略。该项目作为全球可持续发展的城市更新项目典范,为进一步在理论层面理解可持续发展的内涵,以及在实践层面的实施应用都具有重要的借鉴价值。

Sustainability is the philosophy and purpose of the urban regeneration project in Sweden. The Royal Seaport is one of the most important urban regeneration project in Sweden which started in 2008. It is another key area after the Hammarby Lake City which demonstrates the national will, the concept of sustainable development and the stage of techniques. It makes the highest environmental standards in the country and specifi cally effective environmental strategies. The purpose of the project is committed to becoming a world-class sustainable urban area. Through field trips, dialogues with relevant persons, and literature studies, this paper explains the interpretation of the concept of sustainable development in Royal Seaport and the sustainable strategies in the planning and implementation process. As a worldwide model of sustainable urban regeneration project, it provides important references both for further understanding sustainable development at the theoretical level and for implementing sustainable strategies at the practical level.
