适应夏热冬暖气候的绿色公共建筑设计模式及其技术路线研究

Research on the Design Model and Its Technical Routes for Green Public Buildings Adapted to Hot-Summer and Warm-Winter Climate

对夏热冬暖气候特征进行分析,指出该气候区绿色公共建筑气候适应性设计的重点。通过对该气候区域传统建筑及新建筑的调研分析与总结,形成了对该区域气候适应的绿色建筑设计模式和方法的基本认知。在此基础上,探讨了适应夏热冬暖气候的绿色公共建筑设计模式的主要内容,以设计导则为成果导向展开研究,继而通过不同绿色建筑气候适应性设计框架的分析和比较,形成"总则+分则+集成与优选"的导则框架体系,提出在设计导则基础上进行导则适应性和导则权重等进一步研究的思路与方法。

This research analyses the characteristics of hot-summer and warmwinter climate and points out the key points of climate adaptability design of green public buildings in this region. Then, with the investigation and analysis of the traditional buildings and new buildings in this climate zone, a basic understanding of the green buildings design mode and method has been formed adapting to the climate. Based on the above analysis, the research discusses the main contents of green public buildings design modes in this climate zone, and the design guidelines are proposed as a result-oriented research. Then through the analysis and comparison of climate adaptability design frameworks for different green buildings, a final framework of 'General Provisions + Sub Provisions + Integration and Optimization' method has been concluded, and this paper also suggests the further research methods on the guidelines adaptability and weight based on the design guidelines.
