通过对日本最大的开发商积水公司所投资的裕沁庭项目的剖析介绍,分析了项目设计如何结合日本设计理念与中国市场现实而进行的诸多探索,介绍了基于人文理念和环境意识,回归自然、以人为本的规划、设计原则所体现出的诸多宏观把控和细节层面的处理,展示了设计的力量和良好的成效。

Through the analysis and introduction of the Yuqinting project invested by Japan’s largest developer SEKISUI HOUSE Company, this paper analyses how the project design combines the Japanese design concept with the reality of the Chinese market, and introduces the macro-control and detailed treatment levels embodied in the planning and design principles of returning to nature and putting people first based on the humanistic concept and environmental awareness. It shows the strength of design and good results.
