Chongqing Big Data Intelligent Exhibition Center:A Urban Micro-renewal

我们一直坚信"参与性、开放性、延续性"是城市公共空间的重要要素,具备自然基底的滨水空间更加能为公众提供游览和逗留的开放场所,更是承载城市公共游憩活动的主要空间场所。本项目中,设计师以改善场所的空间趣味性为核心目标,努力提升项目对市民的吸引力。以建筑"轻干预"与景观"重参与"为准则,通过建筑功能的新定义、景观环境的新塑造、漫游路径的新梳理,让场所变得更易于到达和停留,更具公共性、开放性、自然延续性,为使用者提供更好的城市生活体验,最终使这片曾被遗忘的公园滨水区的活力再生。

We believe that"Participation,openness and continuity"are the most important factors for the public space in urban areas,and the waterfront space with natural features is not only a space for visiting and staying,but also a main place for public recreational activities in urban context.In this project which is an opportunity for urban micro-renewal,designers take the improvement of the interest of the site as the core goal to increase the attraction for citizens.As a result of the combination of the"light intervention"of architecture and the"heavy Participation"of landscape,by the renewal of architectural function and landscape environment,and sorting out the roam path system,the site become more accessible place that provides an opportunity for visitors getting close to the nature environment.After the renewal,this forgotten waterfront park gets a second life and become a public open space with more publicness,openness and natural continuity,which provides a better urban life experience than before.
