摘要
某住宅小区项目由10栋高层与一个整体大底盘地下室组成,基础采用桩基础,设计桩长约16m,主楼共设计183根桩,施工中采用从中间往四周打的方式,有效地降低桩基的侧向位移,通过采用复压的方式进行桩位纠正,在后期基础底板施工时进行复查,发现桩顶标高基本达到设计要求,说明复压效果良好,达到了目的。
A residential area project consists of 10 high-level basement with a large chassis overall composition,the use of pile foundation based design of pile length 16 m,183 main pile of design,construction used in the middle of the way around to fight effectively reduce the pile the lateral displacement,pressure by using a complex manner pile corrected in post foundation slab construction for review and found pile top elevation basic design requirements,explain complex pressure to good effect,to achieve the purpose.
