摘要
望京SOHO工程(T3标段)主塔楼地下4层,地上45层,檐高200m,结构外围钢柱34根,钢管柱内为混凝土,采用自密实混凝土顶升工艺。顶升开始前通过对顶升口、过浆孔、观察孔以及相贯斜柱节点进行深化设计,对异形管、挡板进行加工,对顶升混凝土进行严格质量要求,顶升开始后,在施工准备、润泵、坍落度、顶升施工、后期养护五方面进行过程控制,最终保证了顶升施工工艺的顺利进行,保证了工程质量。
