企业和政府在高速公路BOT项目投资分析框架中的比较差异

ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE INVESTORS AND GOVERNMENT INVESTORS IN HIGHWAY BOT PROJECT INVESTMENT EVALUATION FRAMEWORK OF COMPARATIVE DIFFERENCES

建立了高速公路投资者和BOT项目之间的分析评估模型,并针对不同投资者在项目投资分析评估中关注视角的不同,提出了投资项目分析框架的比较差异。结果表明,这些分析比较方法能够提高工作效率,且在一定条件下,更好地帮助企业投资者关注分析要点,预判工程建设的实际发展趋势。

Between investors and the highway BOT project is presented in this paper the analysis of the evaluation model,and according to different investors in the project investment evaluation focused on the different Angle of view,put forward the analysis framework of investment projects the comparison of differences.Results show that the analysis and comparison method can improve the work' efficiency,and under certain conditions,better help enterprise investors focus on key points of analysis,forecasting the actual development trend of engineering construction.
