SP预应力混凝土空心板结构性能试验验收标准分析与应用

ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION OF STANDARD FOR TEST AND ACCEPTANCE OF STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE OF SP PRESTRESSED CONCRETE CORED SLAB

按照《混凝土结构试验方法标准》(GB/T 50152—2012)中关于结构试验加载分级原则和持荷时间的要求,对SP20A7508型预应力混凝土空心板进行结构性能试验,通过对照《SP预应力空心板》(05SG408)与《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50204—2011)标准验收要求,对试验数据进行计算与比对分析,得出结论,图集与验收规范对SP20A7508型预应力混凝土空心板结构性能试验的各指标的验收评价标准是一致的。

Structural performance of SP20A7508 prestressed concrete cored slab is tested according to the load grading principle for structural test and the requirements for load duration specified in Standard for Test Method of Concrete Structures GB/T 50152-2012.After comparison of acceptance requirements between 05SG408 SP Prestressed Cored Slab and Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures GB 50204-2011,the test data are calculated and analyzed.It is found that collection of drawings and acceptance code have same acceptance and evaluation standard for various test indexes of structural performance of SP20A7508 prestressed concrete cored slab.
