抹面胶浆拉伸粘结强度的检测方法对比研究

摘要 抹面胶浆为涂抹在膨胀聚苯板外表面用以保证膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外保温系统的机械强度和耐久性的关键构造层。关于抹面胶浆的拉伸粘结强度的测试方法,目前可采用标准JG 149-2003《膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统》和JC/T 993-2006《外墙外保温用膨胀聚苯乙烯板抹面胶浆》中的两种方法。通过对同一抹面胶浆分别进行两种方法的拉伸粘结强度测试,并对比分析实验结果表明,采用标准JG 149-2003中的拉伸粘结强度检测方法的合理性和数据的重现性均优于标准JC/T993-2006中的方法。 Finishing mortar on external surface of expanded polystyrene board is a key structural layer that guarantees the mechanical strength and durability of plastered external thermal insulation system on expanded polystyrene board.Tensile and bonding strength of finishing mortar could be tested for the time being by using the two methods specified in JG 149-2003 External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems Based on Expanded Polystyrene and JC/T 993-2006 Expanded Polystyrene Boards Base for External Thermal Insulation.These two methods are used to test the tensile and bonding strength of the same finishing mortar and the test results are compared with each other and analyzed.It is found that the rationality and data reproducibility of the test method specified in JG 149-2003 are better than that specified in JC/T 993-2006.
