摘要
通过遴选149m超高层建筑中主体结构形式,进行了多方案计算分析比较,从结构受力的合理性和造价的经济性等方面综合考虑,最终选用方钢管混凝土框架柱一钢筋混凝土筒体结构。对超高层结构进行了SATWE、PMSAP的结构计算和内力比较;进行了结构优化设计,提出了结构设计中的要点和构造措施,在结构受力和刚度影响不大的情况下,提高了建筑的使用空间,降低结构造价,也提高了结构的抗震性能。
Through to 149 meters super high-rise building what kind of structure form,the main structure used in the calculation analysis and comparison of many schemes from the aspects such as the rationality of the structure and the cost efficiency of comprehensive consideration,finally choose square steel tube concrete-filled frame column- reinforced concrete corewall structure.Super-tall structures for the SATWE and PMSAP structural calculation and internal force;The structure optimization design,and puts forward the key points in the design of structure and construction measures,These will on the one hand,the structure of the stress and stiffness under the condition of little effect,improving the use of building space,reduce the cost of the structure,on the other hand also improves the seismic performance of structures.
