摘要
随着LNG行业的日益兴起,建设超大型储罐成为该行业的重要研究方向。在考虑安全停运地震(SSE)地震荷载的基础上,计算储罐上部结构在地震作用下的竖向力和水平力,估算钻孔灌注桩的数量,对其进行竖向力和水平力的校核,可得到储罐桩基础受水平力控制的结论。通过对桩的混凝土用量、距径比等参数分析,得到了较为合理的桩径和桩数结果。
Construction of super-large stock tank has become an important research direction of the emerging LNG industry.It could be concluded that stock tank pile foundation is under the control of horizontal force,after consideration of SSE earthquake load,calculation of longitudinal force and horizontal force of stock tank superstructure under earthquake load,estimation of the number of bored piles and verification of longitudinal and horizontal forces.Appropriate pile diameter and pile quantity are obtained through analysis on various pile parameters,such as concrete consumption and distance-diameter ratio,etc.
