摘要 秦岭电厂扩建主厂房为钢结构,采用分区分段逐层吊装的施工方案,分区分层校正、验收。在分区分层施工过程中,穿插进行高强螺栓的紧固和节点漆的防腐,最后安装楼板下次梁及加劲板。从吊装机械的选择、构件吊装顺序、施工工艺要求、缺陷处理和安全作业等方面采取有效措施,保证了钢结构的整体质量。 The main building to be expanded in Qinling Power Plant is a steel structure,and the construction scheme of insegment lifting,adjustment and acceptance at different zones and layers is adopted during construction.Highstrength bolt fastening and anticorrosion painting of node are carried out during construction at different zones and layers,and then junior beam and stiffening plate are installed under the floor slab at last.Effective measures are adopted for selection of lifting machine,lifting sequence of components,technical requirements for construction,defect treatment and construction safety,successfully ensuring the overall quality of steel structure.
