摘要
新型建筑工业化是以施工总承包单位为实施主体,围绕主体结构建造过程进行优化配置资源,改变传统施工方式,采用机械化、工厂化、装配化的精细建造方式,发展新型建筑工业化是建筑生产方式从粗放型向集约型的根本转变,对转变行业发展方式具有重要意义,是建筑业现代化的必然途径和发展方向。
New construction industrialization takes general construction contract unit as main implementation unit to realize optimized resource allocation in construction of main structure. It changes traditional construction mode and uses mechanized, factory-based and assembled refining construction. Development of new construction industrialization is a radical change from extensive building production to intensive building production, having great significance for transformation of industrial development mode and providing necessary development trend for construction industry modernization.
