摘要
通过介绍目前地铁隧道掘进中常用的盾构施工技术,可得到不同地质条件下的盾构选型原则与施工过程中盾构机滚动处理措施、盾构换刀技术、开挖面稳定控制、初砌管片排版、盾构线性控制以及同步注浆技术。在盾构施工技术现状分析的基础上,提出了今后盾构法施工的发展方向,为同类型盾构施工提供借鉴。
This paper introduced the status quo of common shield construction techniques for subway tunnel excavation and discussed the principles for selection of shield types under different geological conditions, operation of shield machine, cutter changing technique, stability control of cut surface, layout of preliminarily masoned duct pieces, linear control of shield and synchronous grouting technique, etc. Based on the analysis of status quo of shield construction techniques, it proposed the development direction of shield construction, providing references for similar shield construction projects.
