摘要
北京首钢生物质能源项目位于北京市门头沟区谭拓寺镇鲁家山,该工程1号焚烧厂房为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋面为钢结构,其中垃圾池车间设有两个59m×27m的垃圾池,池壁深度为33.5m,垃圾池上部厂房为排架结构,排架高度为25.5m,总高度为59m。文章针对该厂房垃圾池位置排架结构无辅助平台,垃圾池壁为防水混凝土结构,且排架结构脚手架需同时满足结构、装修和防护三项功能的特点,着重介绍了如何采用落地式脚手架、满堂脚手架和悬挑脚手架相结合的施工技术措施,可为类似工程提供了宝贵的施工经验。
Beijing Shougang biomass energy source project is located on Lujia Mountain of Tanzhesi Town,Mentougou district of Beijing.The no.1 incineration factory building is a cast-in-place steel reinforced concrete frame structure with a steel structure roof.The waste pool workshop has two 59 m× 27 m waste pools,whose depth is 33.5m.At the upper part of the waste pool,there is a bent structure,which is 25.5m high,so the total height of the waste pool is 59 m.There is not auxiliary platform for the bent structure,the waste pool wall is a waterproof concrete structure and the bent structure scaffold is simultaneously used for structure construction,decoration and protection.Considering these characteristics,this paper introduced the construction techniques and measures for combination of standing scaffold,full-hall scaffold and cantilever scaffold,providing valuable construction experiences for similar projects.
