摘要
分析"营改增"对建筑施工企业的影响,提出税收转型管理的具体注意事项及项目经理应做出的具体工作。并分析实施管理信息化的目的和意义,提出相关保证措施。
This paper analyzed the influence of 'replace business tax with value-added tax' policy on building construction enterprises and proposed key points in tax transformation management and practical work for project manager.The purpose and significance of implementing information-based management were analyzed,to provide related guarantee measures.
