摘要
结合PPP模式的发展现状,分析建筑企业面临的发展难点及该模式对企业的影响和要求,并对企业应对PPP提出建议,以完成企业的战略转型与管理升级,从而实现企业的可持续发展。
Based on the status quo of PPP financing pattern development,this paper analyzed the development difficulties of building enterprise and the influence and requirements of this mode.Proposal against this mode was provided for building enterprise to finish strategic transformation and management upgrading and to realize sustainable development.
