摘要
BIM建筑虚拟模型技术在预制装配式建筑中的使用,可有效减少建筑设计中存在的人为失误,提高设计图纸的绘制速度与精准度,使建筑设计的工作质量与效率都有显著的提升。因此,本文通过对BIM技术定义及特点的分析,总结了BIM技术在预制装配式住宅中应用的优势,并通过实际工程案例对BIM技术在预制装配式住宅中的应用展开了分析与研究。
The use of BIM building virtual model technology in prefabricated building can effectively reduce the man-made errors in architectural design,improve the drawing speed and precision of design drawings effectively,and make the quality and efficiency of architectural design work better.There is a significant increase.Therefore,this paper summarizes the advantages of BIM technology in prefabricated house by analyzing the definition and characteristics of BIM technology,and analyzes and studies the application of BIM technology in prefabricated house by practical engineering case.
