Construction and supporting projects of Changchun Evergrande City Phase II were based on BIM technique and ERP system to research and develop a management mode applicable to medium and small project department Detailed countermeasures were established according to 5W1 H principle,with the purpose to enhance safety quality and resource management.Network planning model was used for optimization of construction schedule,and favorable general control effects were realized.
